AMERICAN RIDING

American riding is the form of horsemanship which develops the most these days on the “old continent”.

The term < american equitation > is not a wrong expression, because compared to what we can see in many western movies, it is indeed a horsemanship filled with smoothness, by opposition to what those films could show us.

It is practiced with quite precise technics, tested methods, quiet, concentration and an unconditional respect of the animal, as well as an adequate material.

This form of riding must be a ludic sport, convivial, without brags and close to nature.
